Our Letter Tile Boards are Science of Reading aligned and can be used in conjunction with any phonics program. These letter tile boards are designed to build phonological and phonemic awareness in early readers. Using letter tiles to maniuplate words makes an interactive learning experience for children. Designed for busy educators and families, these tactile boards are perfect for whole group lessons, small group instruction, one-on-one tutoring sessions, and engaging phonics activities at home. We perfected our Letter Tile Boards with heavy tagboard that are laminated for durability. They are 11 x 17 when open and fold up nicely so that small group clean-up is easy and quick! The hook and loop fastener dots are strong enough to keep everything in place, but not too strong for little hands. There are elkonin boxes for students to manipulate and move letters to build words.
