Ovo the Overthinking Overlord's Box Breathing keychain was created directly in response to a bad panic attack from a team member. It’s wild how when you’re spiralling, you can forget all your usual tools and protocols. Nothing works. They ended up running into their shower to trace the square tiles just to to use as a guide to refocus their box breathing. It was scary.
